Did you receive an incorrect item?

If the content of the delivery differs from what you expected or differs from the goods listed in the invoice, inform the customer centre as soon as possible or within the first two days of delivery. Our customer center staff will aid you with the return of goods and arrange the exchange or return of faulty items.

14-day cooling-off period

You automatically get a 14-day ‘cooling-off period’ when you buy something you haven’t seen in person.

The cooling-off period starts the day after you receive your order, and there doesn’t need to be anything wrong with the item for you to get a refund.

You won’t get a cooling-off period when you buy:

An item that was personalized or custom-made for you
Anything from a private individual rather than a business

The delivery and return transport cost should be paid from the customer.

Use your cooling-off period – You need to tell us you don’t want the item within 14 days of receiving it. Once you’ve told us, you’ve got another 14 days to actually send the item back.

Was the product damaged during shipping?

Should you receive a package containing damaged goods, you should inform our customer centre staff without unnecessary delays (buyer businessman within 24 hours, buyer customer within at best 24 hours but no later than 3 business days from the delivery date).
If you have used the item damaged during shipping, we presume, that you have accepted the goods as fully functional and thus are not eligible for the repair or exchange of the goods.

Can I return a product and under which conditions?

We are committed to trading with high-quality products only, however, we realize that there are moments when goods have to be returned or exchanged

If you want to change the product because you do not like or simply changed your mind you can change but only if is in its original packaging and transport costs will be borne by you. Changes are accepted only with the recipe  that always accompanies the goods and within 30 days from the date of purchase. Some items, however, are excluded from these rules. Such as anything custom made to your demands and specifications or items that had to be altered. If the product is defected or we are liable for an error, then the transport costs will be covered by our company. In every case we should be informed within 30 days from date of purchase.
